How to use the Emperor holds

  • Use Emperor line holds just like you would a pinch block.

  • Attach a weight (dumbbell, Stanley Cup, or even a backpack!) via quickdraw and hang below the hold.

  • Hold on as long as you can!

  • Max weight limit of 60lb

How to use Gentoo and Macaroni holds

Open crimp

  • Use Gentoo and Macaroni holds with a table or other flat surface.

  • Attach a weight to the hold via quickdraw.

  • Allow the weight to hang over the side of the table and place the hold flat on top.

  • Hold on as long as you can!

  • Max weight limit of 35lb
